How To Make Tater Tot Casserole
A hearty dish that is perfect for a cozy night in. Tater tots, cheese, and ground beef layer up to form the ultimate cozy casserole.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 oz) bag frozen tater tots
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.

In an 8×8 inch baking dish, layer half of the tater tots on the bottom.

Pour the ground beef mixture over the tater tots and spread evenly.

Top with remaining tater tots.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
