  • 1 can of corned beef hash
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the corned beef hash and break it up with a spatula.

  2. Once the hash starts to brown, add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Make four wells in the hash mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cook until the eggs are done to your liking, about 4-5 minutes for sunny-side up.

  5. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
