Ingredients

  • 8 manicotti shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

  2. Cook the manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. Stuff the cooked manicotti shells with the chicken and cheese mixture. Place the stuffed shells in the prepared baking dish.

  5. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, covering them completely.

  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
