Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb cooked crab meat
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • dressing:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, crab meat, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.

  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld together.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
