How To Make Original McDonald's Cheeseburger
This original Mcdonald's cheeseburger recipe is a quick and easy snack to make if you're craving for fast food.
In a large mixing bowl, combine your beef and onion. Season with salt and pepper, then mix until evenly incorporated.
Portion these into 4 oz patties, using a round mold to shape.
Preheat your griddle ready for grilling. Grease with cooking spray. Preheat your oven also to 360 degrees F.
Grill the patties for roughly 5 to 8 minutes per side.
Place 1 slice of American cheese on each patty, then roast to evenly cook the patties and melt the cheese, roughly 3 to 5 minutes.
Clean your griddle and place heat up your burger buns on the griddle. Once done, you can now assemble your cheeseburger.
Place roughly 1 tablespoon ketchup on either half of the bun, and roughly 1 tablespoon mustard on the other half of the bun.
Place the patty on the bottom bun, followed by roughly 1-ounce pickle slices.
Cover with the top bun and serve with potato fries.
