How To Make Cheesy Alfredo Pasta Recipe

A rich and creamy pasta dish smothered in a homemade Alfredo sauce and loaded with melted cheese.

  • 16 oz. of pasta
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook your pasta according to package directions.

  2. In a separate pan, heat heavy cream and minced garlic over medium heat until it thickens.

  3. Once the cream sauce has thickened, add in the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.

  4. Mix in cooked pasta and shredded mozzarella cheese until well combined.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
