  • 1 pound of carrots, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
