How To Make Cola Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup cola
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cola, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Sear the pork chops in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

  5. Pour the cola mixture over the pork chops in the skillet.

  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through, basting with the sauce halfway through.

  7. Serve the cola pork chops hot with additional sauce spooned over the top.
