
How To Make Cola Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup cola
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the cola, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork chops in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Pour the cola mixture over the pork chops in the skillet.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through, basting with the sauce halfway through.
