  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

  2. Add beef slices to the bowl and toss until fully coated with the cornstarch mixture.

  3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook until fragrant.

  5. Add the coated beef slices to the skillet in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the beef is crispy and browned.

  7. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, and honey.

  8. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the cooked beef slices and stir well to coat.

  9. Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

  10. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.

  11. Serve the spicy crispy beef hot and enjoy!
