How To Make Blue Cheese Chicken Recipe

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the blue cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Cut a slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket. Stuff the pocket with the blue cheese mixture.

  4. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Serve the Blue Cheese Chicken with your choice of sides, such as roasted vegetables or a crisp salad.
