  • 2 cups of leftover pork roast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup of coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro


  1. In a pan, heat the shredded pork roast over medium heat.
