How To Make Greek Pizza with Spinach, Feta and Olives
You won’t get enough of this delicious and filling Greek Pizza, infused with the flavors of sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, and spinach leaves!

Ingredients
- ½cupmayonnaise
- 4garlic cloves,minced
- 1cupfeta cheese,crumbled, divided
- 1Italian pizza crust,(12-inch), pre-baked
- ½cupsun-dried tomatoes,oil-packed, coarsely chopped
- 1tbspoil,from the sun-dried tomatoes
- ¼cupkalamata olives,pitted, coarsely chopped
- 1tspdried oregano
- 2cupsbaby spinach leaves
- ½small red onion,halved, thinly sliced
Instructions

Adjust the oven rack to the lowest position, and heat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Mix the mayonnaise, garlic, and ½ cup of feta in a small bowl.

Place the pizza crust on a cookie sheet, then spread the mayonnaise mixture over pizza, then top with tomatoes, olives, and oregano.

Bake for about 10 minutes until heated through and crisp.

Toss the spinach and onion with 1 tablespoon of sun-dried tomato oil. Top the hot pizza with the spinach mixture and the remaining ½ cup of feta cheese.

Return to the oven and bake for about 2 minutes longer until the cheese melts.

Cut into 6 slices and serve. Enjoy!
