How To Make Greek Pizza
Taste the bright flavors of this Greek pizza that comes with sauteed peppers, tomatoes, and olives on a tender dough brushed with garlic and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 16ozpizza dough,homemade or store bought
- 2½tbspextra virgin olive oil,divided
- 3clovesgarlic,minced
- ½tsporegano,dried
- ¼tspbasil,dried
- ⅛tspthyme,dried
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 6ozfresh mzarella,chopped into pieces, regular low moisture mozarella would be fine too
- 4ozfeta,crumbled
- ½cupbell pepper,chopped, any variety
- 1cupgrape tomatoes,diced, halved
- ⅓cupKalamata olives,chopped, or black olives
- ¼cupred onion,chopped
- 1tbspfresh parsley,chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place pizza stone in oven and rest 30 minutes. Meanwhile combine 1½ tablespoons of olive oil and garlic in a small bowl.

Spread and shape pizza crust into a 12 to 13 inch round over a sheet of lightly floured parchment paper, while creating a rim along the edge of the dough. Brush pizza dough evenly with olive oil mixture.

Sprinkle evenly with oregano, basil, thyme (leaving rim uncovered with herbs), and season lightly with salt and pepper. Top evenly with mozzarella and feta cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden.

Meanwhile, saute peppers in a skillet in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat until tender (or just add them on without sauteing).

Remove pizza from the oven and immediately top with peppers, tomatoes, olives, onion, and parsley. Cut into slices and serve.
