How To Make Grands!® Mini Pizzas

Great for sharing or enjoying on your own, pizza is another dish that you can play with. Choose from these pizza recipes so you can go all out with toppings or stick to the classic cheese. No matter how you go about it, pizza will always be a go-to meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Grands!® refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Optional toppings: diced bell peppers, sliced olives, sliced mushrooms, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Separate the biscuits and place them on a greased baking sheet.

  3. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.

  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each biscuit.

  5. Sprinkle each biscuit with shredded mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni (and any other desired toppings).

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
