How To Make Flatbread Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
- 4 small flatbreads
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking spray.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

Spread the scrambled eggs evenly onto the flatbreads. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
