How To Make Easy Delicious Pizza

Love the pizza crust as much as the toppings? Then this delicious pizza, made of a homemade dough and your choice of sauce is perfect for you.

  • 1cupwarm water
  • 1tbsphoney
  • 1tbspvegetable oil
  • 1tbspinstant yeast
  • 1tspsalt
  • cupsall-purpose flour


  1. In the bowl of an electric stand mixer, fitted with the dough hook, mix the water, honey, oil, yeast and salt.

  2. Add the flour gradually until a soft dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. The dough should be soft and smooth. Knead the dough for 3 minutes in the stand mixer.

  3. Cover dough with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes. Shape and flatten dough out onto a greased pizza pan or greased baking sheet.

  4. Top evenly with preferred sauce and pizza toppings.

  5. Bake pizza at 450 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and edges of crust are a nice golden-brown. Carefully remove from oven.

  6. Let pizza stand and cool for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
