How To Make Crab Rangoon Pizza

This crab rangoon pizza is a Chinese-Italian fusion cuisine that features crunchy crab wonton drizzled with sweet and sour dressing rich in umami taste.

Ingredients

  • 8ozLouis Kemp Delights Flake Style Crabdivided
  • 12ozcream cheesedivided
  • 1garlic clove
  • 3green onionsthinly sliced, divided
  • tspsesame oil
  • tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 6wonton wrappers
  • ¾cupwhite sugar
  • cupwhite vinegar
  • cupwater
  • ¼cupsoy sauce
  • 1tbspketchup
  • 2tbspcornstarch
  • 1ballpizza dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Roll out your pizza dough and stretch onto a pizza stone or large baking sheet.

  3. Add half the Louis Kemp Crab Delights, 4 ounces of cream cheese, garlic clove, 1 green onion, sesame oil, and Worcestershire sauce into a small food processor until smooth.

  4. In small spoonfuls add it to the pizza crust, then add the remaining 8 ounces of cream cheese to the crust as well.

  5. Add remaining crab meat to the pizza.

For Sweet and Sour Sauce:

  1. Add the sugar, vinegar, water, soy sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch in a small saucepan and cook until boiling and thickened.

  2. Add the sauce to the pizza in small spoonfuls.

  3. Bake the pizza for 8 to 10 minutes.

  4. Drizzle the top of the pizza with more sweet and sour sauce and add remaining green onions.
