How To Make Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.

Steam the cauliflower in a steamer basket for 5 minutes, then remove and let it cool.

Use a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth to squeeze out any excess moisture from the cauliflower.

In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, eggs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture into a thin, round crust shape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm.
