How To Make 30-Minute Pizza Party Boats

This recipe will teach you how to make 4 pizza party boats variations that you can serve on your next gathering. There’s even a veggie-filled version too.

  • 2french breads,(large, wide loaves), halved
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 1tbspgarlic powder
  • salt,to taste
  • pepper,to taste

For Meat Lovers Pizza Party Boat:

  • marinara sauce
  • fresh mozzarella cheese,sliced
  • pepperoni
  • sausage,crumbled
  • ham,diced
  • bacon,cooked, chopped

For Alfredo Veggie Pizza Party Boat:

  • ¼cupalfredo sauce
  • fresh spinach
  • artichoke
  • mushroom,sliced
  • parmesan cheese,freshly grated
  • sundried tomato

For Barbecue Chicken Pizza Party Boat:

  • barbecue sauce
  • 4ozchicken,cooked, sliced
  • Pepper Jack cheese,shredded
  • bell pepper,sliced
  • red onion,sliced

For Pesto Prosciutto Pizza Party Boat:

  • pesto sauce
  • prosciutto,sliced
  • red pepper,roasted
  • parmesan cheese,freshly grated
  • large egg
  • black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place the loaves of bread cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush over the bread.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and dried out.

  5. Top the bread with the toppings of choice.

Meat Lovers:

  1. Add marinara sauce, mozzarella, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon.

Alfredo Veggie:

  1. Add alfredo sauce, spinach, artichokes, mushrooms, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes.

Barbecue Chicken:

  1. Add barbecue sauce, chicken, pepper Jack, bell pepper, and red onion.

Prosciutto Pesto:

  1. Add pesto, prosciutto, roasted red pepper, Parmesan, eggs, and pepper.

  2. Bake the pizza party boats for 15 minutes, or until the ingredients are heated through and the cheese is fully melted.

  3. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
