How To Make Lemon Herb Baked Salmon

Serve an easy and scrumptious seafood meal for dinner! Enjoy baked salmon that’s tender and flaky, then topped with an irresistable lemon and herb crust.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4lbsalmon fillet
  • 2tbspbutter,melted
  • 1lemon,divided
  • salt and pepper

For Topping:

  • ¾cuppanko bread crumbs
  • 3clovesgarlic,minced
  • 2tbspfresh parsley,minced
  • 1tbspfresh dill,minced
  • 1lemon,zest
  • 2tbspparmesan cheese,shredded
  • 3tbspbutter,melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Combine all Topping ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Line a pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

  4. Place salmon on the pan and brush with melted butter. Season with salt and pepper and squeeze ½ of the lemon over top.

  5. Sprinkle crumb mixture over salmon. Bake uncovered for 13 to 17 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily and is cooked.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
