How To Make Portuguese Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, olive oil, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp evenly.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Thread the shrimp onto skewers, making sure to leave space in between each shrimp.

Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque.

Remove the skewers from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
