- 4 barramundi fillets
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 lemons, juiced and zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the barramundi fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a golden crust.

Transfer the fillets to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped basil to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the barramundi fillets from the oven and drizzle the lemon basil sauce over them.
