  • 4 catfish fillets

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the catfish fillets with salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper seasoning on both sides.

  3. Place the seasoned catfish fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.

  4. While the catfish is cooking, brush the lemon slices with olive oil and grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until lightly charred.

  5. Remove the grilled catfish and lemon slices from the grill and serve hot.

  6. Squeeze the grilled lemon slices over the catfish before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
