How To Make Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Ingredients
- 12 ounces linguini
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.

Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
