  • 4 sole fillets
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

  2. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Lay the sole fillets flat on a cutting board. Divide the crab mixture equally among the fillets, spreading it evenly over each fillet. Roll up each fillet and secure with a toothpick.

  4. Place the stuffed sole fillets in the greased baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Serve the crab-stuffed sole fillets hot with lemon wedges on the side.
