  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, green onions, red bell pepper, parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into 8 crab cakes, about 1/2 inch thick.
