  • 4 shark steaks
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

  2. Rub the spice mixture evenly onto both sides of the shark steaks.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the shark steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and browned.

  5. Remove from heat and let the shark steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
