Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

  3. Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

  6. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, in a single layer.

  7. Air fry the salmon for 10-12 minutes, until it reaches your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, cook for 10 minutes. For well-done, cook for 12 minutes.

  8. Serve the salmon hot with lemon wedges on the side.
