- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, bell peppers, green onions, parsley, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into 8 crab cakes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Fry the crab cakes for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
