How To Make Scallops with White Wine Sauce II

Ingredients
- 1 lb of scallops
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Pat dry the scallops with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.

Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.

Stir in the heavy cream and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.

Return the scallops to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until heated through and coated in the sauce.
