Ingredients

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush the marinade onto both sides of the Mahi Mahi fillets.

  4. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining glaze.

  6. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and serve hot.
