  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip each halibut fillet into the melted butter, coating both sides.

  4. Press each fillet into the panko mixture, ensuring that it is coated evenly.

  5. Place the coated halibut fillets onto the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
