- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 pound crab meat, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and shredded crab meat.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the macaroni and crab mixture. Stir gently to coat everything evenly.
