Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  4. In a small saucepan, heat the white wine, chicken broth, butter, and minced garlic over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, until the sauce reduces slightly.

  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Pour the white wine sauce over the salmon fillets.

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
