  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, olive oil, dried parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip each cod fillet into the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  4. Place the coated cod fillets on a greased baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and the bread crumbs are golden and crispy.

  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
