How To Make Dinah’s Baked Scallops

Ingredients
- 1 pound of scallops
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Place the cooked scallops in a baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the scallops are cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
