How To Make Broiled Lemon and Garlic Tiger Prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 pound tiger prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler on high.

  2. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add the tiger prawns to the marinade and toss to coat. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. Place the marinated prawns on a broiler pan or baking sheet.

  5. Broil the prawns for about 3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque.

  6. Remove from the broiler and garnish with fresh parsley.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
