How To Make Louisiana Crawfish Ya-Ya Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of linguine pasta
- 1 pound of Louisiana crawfish tails
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the crawfish tails to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes until heated through.

Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
