Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of blue cheese
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the ground sausage, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and honey until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Heat a grill or pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
