Ingredients

  • 4 rump steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  3. Rub the mixture onto both sides of each rump steak.

  4. Place the steaks on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
