  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb shaved beef
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Add shaved beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

  5. Pour in crushed tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

  7. Serve pasta with tomato sauce and shaved beef on top, garnished with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
