Serves:

Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and cheese slices for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

  3. Preheat the grill or a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  4. In the meantime, lightly toast the burger buns.

  5. Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty on each bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, and cheese slices.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
