A mouth watering sandwich on a sesame seed bun, sun ripened tomatoes, fresh green lettuce, red ranch sauce and mouth delectable roast beef is the only with that will quiet a hungry man’s stomach. Unfortunately an Arby’s might not always be close, open, or in the budget but fortunately there is a way to make enough sandwiches to feed an army on a budget.

How To Make Copycat Arby's Roast Beef Sandwiches with Sauce

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp cold water
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp tabasco
  • 4 lb bottom round beef roast
  • ¾ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 sweet white onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper


  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a slow cooker and cook for 12 hours on low heat.

  2. After removing the roast, slice it as thin as possible to match that fine slicing at Arby's.
  3. Butter and place sesame seed buns on a heat surface for 30 seconds or until golden.
  4. Build your Copycat Arby's Super Arby with only the freshest of vegetables and enjoy!
