Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef chuck, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.

  2. Add beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add onion and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the sauce.

  6. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and stir until the sauce has thickened.

  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
