How To Make All-American T-bone Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 T-bone steaks (1 inch thick)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 tbsp of butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. Season T-bone steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.

  4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the steaks.

  5. Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.

  6. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

  7. Top each steak with a tablespoon of butter and let it melt over the heat.

  8. Serve the T-bone steaks hot and enjoy!
