This is a basic meatloaf recipe. It's done as a casserole and is basically ground beef that's layered with cabbage and spices.\r\n\n\n\tHow To Make Layered Cabbage and Ground Beef\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\t\t1 large head of cabbage (cut into small-medium pieces and blanched)1 1\/2 lb ground beef2 medium onions2 tbsp salt2 tbsp ground black pepper1 eggbreadcrumbs\t\n\t\n\t\tStart out with a layer of cabbage along the bottom of the dish (a glass baking dish work great) and then add a layer of the meat mixture.Continue layering until dish is full. Top it off with 3 slices of bacon.\u00a0Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, just until bacon is cooked and the entree is nice and bubbly.\u00a0It can be served with boiled potatoes or alone. If you want to add tomato sauce, that is an option. I personally don't care for tomato sauce on it.
