Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan.

In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Shape into 4 patties.

Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

While the burgers are cooking, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Spread the sweet potato strips on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.

Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.

Assemble the burgers with the cooked patties, cheese slices, and any desired toppings.

Serve the beef burgers with the sweet potato chilli chips on the side.
