How To Make Steamed Sea Bass

Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Rinse the sea bass fillets and pat them dry.

Place the fillets on a heatproof dish and season with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and rice wine.

Pour the sauce over the sea bass fillets, making sure they are evenly coated.

Fill a steamer pot with water and bring it to a boil.

Place the dish with the sea bass fillets in the steamer and cover with a lid.

Steam the fish for about 15-20 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully remove the dish from the steamer and garnish with chopped cilantro.
