  • 4 grouper fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the grouper fillets in a baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, lime zest, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Pour the mixture over the grouper fillets, making sure they are well coated.

  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the fillets and press them gently to adhere.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the grouper is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
