  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Dip each fish fillet in flour, then in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixture.

  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the coated fish fillets inside.

  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden and crispy.

  6. Serve hot with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
